As much as possible, we want to emphasize movements in volleyball that are natural. The techniques we use have been analyzed for simple vs. complex, more efficient vs. less efficient, long term repeatability vs. more injury prone, etc.
We have found that healthy athletes who are able to apply skills developed since early childhood are able to leverage more power and accuracy to their volleyball specific skills. To further this goal, we continue to consult with past and recent work in kinesiology by physical therapists and other professionals. We want our athletes to enjoy the sport for a lifetime.
