FOUNDATIONS CAMP – $100
6:00 – 7:00 PM

The “Big 3” individual skills are emphasized: serving, hitting and passing. This camp is targeted towards beginning and intermediate players, from ages of 4th – 8th grade (some age flexibility), even though it could also benefit higher level players too. The curriculum is influenced by USA Volleyball* and Gold Medal Squared*, where players are taught keys to each skill and used in game like simulations whenever possible.

INTERMEDIATE CAMP – $200
7:30 – 9:00 PM

Team skills are the focus of this camp. Players who have acquired at least intermediate level skills in serving, hitting, passing, and setting are invited to tryout for a spot on this camp. As there are specialized roles, we have limited openings by positions. We are able to field 2 teams that will consist of at least 1 setter, 3 hitters (outside and/or right side), 2 middle blockers, and 2 liberos/defensive specialists for each team. If players have all around skills, they can designate themselves for a variety of positions, depending on openings. We will opt to balance the 2 teams to ensure more competitiveness during sessions.

The teams will focus on running the 5-1 offensive system and middle-middle defensive system. No previous knowledge is required of these systems. Some individual skills will be introduced to be executed in a scrimmage setting, as the athletes learn to play in a team environment. The curriculum is influenced by USA Volleyball* and Gold Medal Squared*.

* USA Volleyball and Gold Medal Squared are independent organizations. We are not affiliated with these organizations but have utilized resources from them to develop our philosophy and programming.
